TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Minimum services, prices and payment method:

A minimum of 2 services (with 2 therapists) is required for us to reach your location (Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo area).

All our prices are in US dollars, DO NOT INCLUDE TIPS, you can give a minimum 15% tip for the total cost of the service.

All our prices and schedules are quoted only for 1 person.

There are no special rates or promotions that cannot be combined with any other discounts.

You cannot split the time of your massage with another person.

You have an estimated 10 minute tolerance time between each massage.

Payments are accepted in cash, shop online and PayPal.

Age restrictions:

The minimum age for clients to take unsupervised services is 18 years old. Under no circumstances can children be left alone. An adult, parent or guardian must be present in the room for any client under the age of 16 who wish to receive spa services. Salon services are available for all ages.

Medical Conditions & Health Concerns:

All treatments booked, are subject to medical status. If you have had, or are suffering from any medical condition we strongly advise that you speak with your doctor prior to booking your treatments. The set of guidelines below is not an exhaustive list and only serves to highlight some of the main medical indicators where treatments may not be advised: HIGH RISK PREGNANCY (We recommend after 4 months of gestation), MOBILITY PROBLEMS, ACTIVE/UNDER ACTIVE THYROID, WARTS, HEART PROBLEMS, EPILEPSY, SKIN DISEASES/DISORDERS, DIABETES, METAL PINS/PLATES, CLAUSTROPHOBIA, EAR INFECTIONS, CANCER, SURGERY IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS, ALLERGIES (Our oil has a neutral smell). Please be assured our Therapists have your health and well-being at the forefront of their concerns. If you have any of the above medical conditions there may be a risk or restriction to any of the treatments listed and you are advised to contact us or your GP prior to arrival. We do ask that all guests complete and return the confidential consultation questionnaire.

Clarification:

Send us the exact location of your stay, preferably by WhatsApp +52 6243583503. In rental house (Street, Name of the house, lot, block and number of the house or villa) in hotel (Number of room and permission to enter your room), a spa appointment has a set-up time of 30 minutes before the start time of services. It is very important that you notify your security booth about our arrival.

Cancellation policies:

For all groups (5 or more) we require 48 hrs. cancellation notice, an exception for the holiday season when a 7-day cancellation notice is required.

Special cases of cancellation notice:

Reservations made from one day to another: If a reservation has been made less than 24 hours before the start time of the appointment (From one day to another), cancellations will not be allowed after 8:00 PM on the day on which appointment was made. Cancellations will only be allowed by calling our office before 8:00 PM closing time. If we have not received the phone call, the appointment will be charged in full.

Reservations made for the same day. If a reservation has been made for the same day, a minimum cancellation notice of 2 hours will be required.

Charge Extras:

When an appointment requires a set time before 8:00 am or after 8:00 pm. The appointment will incur an additional charge of 50% on the net prices.

A travel fee of $ 100 USD will apply and a minimum of $ 500 USD must be reached in spa services, for appointments in Todos Santos, Pescadero, Cerritos, Barriles and La Ribera.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices change with other payment methods. The services and prices are individual and are subject to availability.
