60 min. Swedish Massage.
The Classic technique relieves muscular aches, pains and achieves deep relaxation. The Swedish technique also helps to maintain muscle and soft tissue at optimum efficiency.

60 min. Sport Massage.

A therapeutic treatment, employing deep kneading and circular movement on specific muscle groups or areas prior to or after strenuous physical activity.
